On the day of arrival, rooms are available from approx. 1:00 PM so you can arrive at your own pace. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Yes. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The deposit is paid by bank transfer and is retained in full by the accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
You can cancel free of charge up to 31 days before arrival. From day 30 to day 15 before arrival, 40% of the total price is charged, from day 14 to day 8, 60%, and from 7 days before arrival, 70%. In the case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
You can settle the hotel invoice on-site in cash, by debit card, or by credit card (Mastercard & Visa). Alternatively, you can pay for your holiday in advance by bank transfer.
Breakfast at Garni Marianne consists almost entirely of homemade products and fresh ingredients from our own garden and neighboring farmers. There are homemade jams, freshly baked cakes, creamy yogurt, South Tyrolean muesli, bread from the local bakery, cold cuts, milk and eggs from our own farm, and fruit and vegetables from the garden; everything is rounded off with a selection of South Tyrolean herbal teas.
From Garni Marianne in Schleis you can reach numerous hiking trails: easy family walks along the Waal paths, medium-difficulty tours in the Sesvenna Alps, and summit tours in Stelvio National Park. The 360° Upper Vinschgau circular trail also starts nearby.

Lake Reschen is just a few minutes away and offers kitesurfing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, sailing, pedal boat tours and fishing. A walk around the lake with a view of the iconic submerged bell tower is also an experience.
Yes. In Reschen you'll find Intersport Folie and Sport Folie offering mountain bikes, e-bikes and road bikes. Local providers such as Peak3 and Südtirolbike also offer guided tours and e-bike training.
